Project Coordinator

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator, ideally with idustry experience to join our growing PMO team. You will work with the Project Managers and 3rd parties, and liaise with Project Managers and Build Managers.
If you are organised, a self starter and love to be a great support in a Project team, then this could be the role for you.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…
You will be supporting on all aspects of the projects, making applications, maintaining records, prioritising and working with various stakeholders and 3rd parties.
You will be working in accordance with Streetworks legislation, Openreach PIA processes, Electricity DNO requirements and project delivery timescales.
You will manage active defects, permits and notices to maintain compliance at all stages of the job, preventing Fixed Penalty Notices and overrun charges.
Review physical infrastructure access routes expiration dates on daily basis and take action accordingly i.e. cancel, renew, extend, submit build report, etc.
Liaise with 3rd party physical infrastructure access team to resolve any discrepancies in the record.

Experience of GIS would be great
