Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a passion for sustainability?

Matter is looking for a Project Coordinator to work on their research and development projects.
You will be ensuring the technical team succeed in the timely delivery of milestones across projects. You will be regularly presenting and providing updates to senior management and clients and being involved in the development of innovative technologies from concept to production ready products.
In return for your expertise and dedication, they are offering a salary range of £30,000-£38,000 per annum, 26 days of annual leave (plus a day off for your birthday!), and an open opportunity to pursue professional development and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Organising the project timeline, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently.
Monitoring and reporting of project budgets and other metrics.
Communicating with the team to manage project delivery.
Presenting to internal and external stakeholders with good understanding.
Learning how to develop quality management processes.
Implementing standard operating procedures.
Scheduling and disseminating actions for internal and external meetings.
Supporting the technical team with administration tasks.
What we need from you:
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator role.
Project management and supervision skills.
The ability to multitask.
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Good business and commercial acumen.
