Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 dependant upon experience
Network Connect is a professional, dynamic, quality driven company seeking to recruit a well presented, career minded individual looking for a career in voice and data communications to join our Projects team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of tasks including order processing, liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers, order processing and more. There will be a requirement to attend customer sites on occasion. The ability to take ownership of tasks and work on one’s own initiative with a 'can do' attitude is essential.
Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and possess good communication and listening skills to ensure they deliver outstanding and professional customer service. Due to the dynamic nature of the company the prospects for further advancement are extremely high for those who wish to develop their career further. The aim being to generate a broad experience within the business which will further enhance their career prospects into more specialised areas. The role has a technical aspect and as such, would suit those with an affinity with technology, or who have a desire to pursue a career in IT. Individuals without experience but with a desire to learn are welcome to apply.

We are seeking someone who is educated to a high standard in English and other core subjects. The individual must be computer literate with the ability to produce a standard of work of the highest order in everything they do.

Hours of work are 8:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional need to work outside these hours as and when required.
