Contracted Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Here at Mole Valley Farmers we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing department.
You will manage the production, print and distribution of printed Door Drops throughout the year, each with a circulation to approximately 2 million households. Typically, there are 5 door drops in a calendar year, so organisation will play a key part in this role.
What you will be doing as a Project Coordinator…
- To drive through the development, production and delivery of door drops.
- To create and manage a delivery plan
- To measure and report on the effectiveness of the marketing spend.
- Carrying out post campaign analysis to establish the effectiveness of each door drop and make recommendations to help shape the future strategy.
We would love to hear from you if you have….
- Experience coordinating large projects, working across different teams within a business
- You have experience of post project data analysis and are able to make recommendations of future strategy
- Experience managing budgets within parameters set up within an overall project plan
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
