Project Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinatorto join a leading employer of choice in the local area. This successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have a positive attitude towards work.
The role
· Involvement in different projects within the business
· Contact suppliers and obtain prices and quotes for parts and materials
· Implement practices and procedures to help improve production rates
· Produce project reports and update them throughout project
· Liaise with different departments within the business
· Attending meetings and minute taking
· Dealing with haulier companies and scheduling deliveries and collections
· Managing documents for projects
Essential Criteria
· Minimum 2 years experience in purchase / project coordinating role
· Excellent computer skills
· Ability to manage and prioritise workload
· Highly motivated and positive attitude towards work
· Good communicator and ability to work off own initiative
