Responsibilities:
- As part of the in-house creative design studio, you will play a key role in overseeing & managing the delivery of design projects to the stakeholders located across the 10 markets in the Western European region.
- You will be the key point of contact for updates regarding the creative design projects’s progress, design workload, resourcing, and design opportunities.
- End-to-end management of the creative design projects:
- Work with the key stakeholders to coordinate each design project until completion
- Create and implement deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows, to ensure a smooth production process with on-time asset delivery
- Proactively add value to creative briefs by challenging them and suggesting improvements
- Proof and review design artwork
- Project Administration of the design projects:
- Report on the design project results and produce the asset toolkit for utilization across the Western European region.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with stakeholders through constant communication, creative thinking and problem-solving
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, workflows, and project standards
Requirements:
- Integrated project management with at least two years of experience producing successful marketing or creative campaigns from inception to completion.
- Flexible in managing multiple projects, requiring multiple skills, deadlines and budgets
- Ability to step in and help traffic projects to all designers
- A great team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- A good understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to apply this philosophy to your working environment.
- A thorough understanding of media buys and advertising specifications.
- Knowledgeable of Social, UX/IA and design/development best practices.
- Extra credit: Experience with photo and video shoot production.
- Extra credit: Skilled with Adobe applications including inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Self-starter, Can-do attitude
- Extroverted, able to coordinate with different teams
- Open-minded, able to work under pressure and flexible thinker
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
