PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to efficiently coordinate project activity in a timely manner, including, but not restricted to, the collection and maintenance of all product data required to fulfil legislative requirements; validation and maintenance of mainframe item data, including regular data cleanse activities; being the primary coordinator for future IT developments, working alongside department heads and stakeholders to ensure that project documentation is accurate and timelines are adhered to, and to provide coordination support for commercial activities e.g. trade show logistics, stocktake timeline adherence.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

· Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all information required to comply with Kerbl’s legal requirements regarding packaging waste.

· Liaison with vendors and with other teams across the business to update the system with new products and ensuring that item master data for existing products is complete and accurate, including units of measure, English descriptions, products weights and dimensions and pack sizes.

· Maintain and update all necessary project documentation for ongoing and one-off projects.

· Organising project meetings and supporting departments with timeline planning.

· Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and with counterparts within the European HQ.

· Creating reports for the quarterly vendor and van stock counts, ensuring that returns are received and input in the required timeframes.

· Supporting the Sales Support Manager with events delivery and commercial activities.

· Other – working alongside the Supply Chain Manager to cover during holidays and absence from the business.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

· Previous project management experience, desirable, but not essential.

· Excellent grasp of all Microsoft Office products, highly desirable.

· A very strong eye for detail, essential.

· Logical, responsive and able to work under own initiative, essential.

· Well organised, able to work to strict timelines and able to prioritise own workload, essential.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills, essential.

· German language, highly desirable.

· Part time, 30hrs p/w, salary pro-rata, would be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: Up to £27,000.00 per year
