Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a contract Project Coordinator to assist in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes with their team in Warwick. This Project Coordination role offers an umbrella contract rate of up to £34.98/hr (inside IR35)

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Director and the Programme team. You will be an active member of the team and deliver timely and efficient maintenance of a range of administrative duties, depending on the current need of the area.

If you were already the Project Coordinator here, these are some areas you might have worked in this week:

• Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary management, document approvals, meeting organisation and travel organisation where applicable
• Maintain senior leadership to-do list, holiday charts, etc
• Book venues, catering, and general events logistics
• Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies
• Act as a point of contact for the team and wider business on general queries

To apply for this Project Coordinator role, you will need previous experience working in an administration role. You will also require the following:

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work in a busy, changing organisation
• Detail-orientated with good organisational and time management skills
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
