WHAT TO EXPECT
Engineering Delivery is responsible for driving our obsession for the precise execution of our products. We are integrated within the Group Structure of the Programme Product Map to ensure robust engineering delivery.
This is an opportunity to join the Engineering Delivery Agile Organisation tasked with supporting the Electrical Architecture Delivery across all future JLR electrified vehicle platforms.
The Project Co-ordinator works within a squad - working closely with their respective stakeholders to ensure effective coordinated on-time delivery of all required test assets.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and assistance of projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs to support the achievement of strategic business objectives within the Engineering Delivery team
- Assist in the planning and organising of the project and operational meetings for the area
- Coordinate the reporting of key project metrics as defined by the area
- Use standardised project management tools to support a smooth project delivery
- Coordinate opportunities to improve processes and ways of working on projects across the area and define best practices
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
