We are seeking a personable and ambitious individual to assist in our European deployment of Workday as a Project Co-ordinator. The role will require an entrepreneurial approach, a willingness to use initiative, hunger for knowledge and the ability to work well as part of a team and a keen eye for detail and meeting workflow targets.
The Project Co-ordinator will support the Project Manager, working alongside other members from global project team to track the status of project deliverables and milestones, risk and issue management, support with escalations and coordination of regular project level reporting and coordination of project governance arrangements.
Key Accountabilities

Support the Project Manager with the management of project documents, such as DRAID logs, resource and budget tracking, project plan updates and action tracking.

Second point of contact for Project Manager throughout implementation

Working closely and managing the relationship with our deployment partners on their deliverables and timelines

Working with workstream leads to ensure project updates are received on time and project documentation is kept up to date

Ensuring all correct meetings are scheduled and tracking any actions/updates from meetings

Supporting the Project Manager with status reporting, SteerCo packs and deliverable tracking
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Workday

Previous experience in transformation projects and migrating legacy systems onto Workday

Ability to recognise, prioritise and manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations of multiple stakeholder
