With the ability to connect to existing assets such as Building Management Systems, Energy Systems, Process Automation Controllers (used to power factories and industrial systems) the Hark Platform is enabling intelligent solutions across large estates connectivity, visibility, and intelligence.
Hark have deployed successful solutions within the Life Sciences sector for cold chain monitoring, a nationwide rollout of real-time energy monitoring capability for UK Supermarkets across 600+ locations, as well as licensed the technology to Fortune 500 companies in the industrial space.
Hark are controlling assets such as Lights, HVAC systems and Energy Storage assets for a varied set of purposes which creates future business opportunities, as these solutions use the same technology and same underlying core platform.
We are working with 2 of the top 4 supermarkets (Sainsburys and Asda) and have solutions deployed across retail, life sciences and manufacturing. About The Role
This is an entry level role for a Project Coordinator who will support the Project Management team with day-to-day Project Management duties with the aim to organise, coordinate and deliver small to medium deployments. The successful applicant will work closely with Project Manager, Account Manager and customers in order see the end-to-end delivery of projects.
As a project coordinator you will:
- Day-to-day you will communicate with different customers, suppliers and the Hark team.
- You will contribute to the planning, communicating and reporting on different aspects of Harks priorities.
- Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day delivery of the end-to-end project (or multiple projects)
- Communicate and provide visibility of the progress of the project(s), demonstrating control over both internal, supplier and partner progress.
- Ensures no customers or third parties are engaged in delivery work without commercial agreements in place using the agreed templates.
- Be accountable for the assigned works content, accuracy and completeness.
- Work within an agile technology business using appropriate methodologies.
- Responsible for developing highly effective relationships with customers and other team members at all levels in the organisation to deliver the best customer solutions.
- Where required escalating to the Hark leadership team where necessary.
- Responsible for assuring the quality of the project following agreed quality assurance standards:
- Recognised as one of the main contacts for a set of customers and suppliers.
- Contributes back to the wider knowledge of the Hark team.
- Undertake business analysis activities on projects where necessary.
- Dont be afraid to ask for input from the rest of the team.
- Co-ordinating project resource changes, including personnel, equipment, and update of project documentation (team list, hardware lists, etc.).
- Planning and manages own time and work, contributing to overall on-time and on-budget project goals.
- Maintaining the status of project responsibilities and work across teams to achieve group goals.
- Document meeting notes and activities.
- Work closely with the account manager for the project(s) you are accountable for.

- Regular one-to-one progress reviews with your line manager.
- Documents and other files when produced are consistent, high quality and at the standard the team expect.
- Delivery of projects and tasks that meet the business, customer, or task requirements.
- Projects are delivered on time with consistent communication.
- Working with other members of the team to ship solutions together
- Sharing the knowledge with other members of your team to support customers and deployments.
- Customers providing positive feedback about Hark and service delivery satisfaction is considered excellent.
- Maintain client confidentiality and build a trusting relationship with clients.
Skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong people skills; ability to communicate effectively across management levels on a global basis
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to proactively implement problem-solving
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a cross functional team.
- Understanding and knowledge of working in cloud software or hardware solution businesses preferred
- Strong proficiency in office documentation and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Strong proficiency in Excel is needed for reporting purposes.
- Ability to identify risks, analyse risk factors and to suggest mitigations.
Experience

Experience of:
- leading technology projects
- Project management techniques, especially project planning.
- Managing 3rd parties and external stakeholders.
- Leading multiple projects simultaneously is desirable.
- Energy, Industrial, Manufacturing or Facilities Management is desirable but not required.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to determine when to apply each.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Jira is desirable but not required.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
