What is the main goal for the project?
- Increase marketing team collaboration and work efficiency
- Improve marketing project implementations
- Bridge team communication gaps, keep every member informed
Responsibilities:
To accomplish this, we expect that you will:
- Planning and executing day-to-day scheduling and posting of materials/content for all social platforms
- Presenting briefs to the marketing team, outlining all campaign details and deliverables
- Removing roadblocks for marketing team to get their work done
- Coordinating filming and production projects
- Applying digital marketing best practices to implement and run successful content marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management is considered as an asset
- Preference will be shown for those that have prior call center or sales experience
What support will you receive in completing the project?
You will work closely with the Project Lead who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to your tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
