Job details:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Coordinate with a number of vendors and franchise customers in regards to new restaurant openings, remodels, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and franchisees to ensure all store-based technology was compliant with the Order Ahead process to enable a successful implementation
Ensured all on boarding requirements for Order Ahead were met prior to the assigned go-live date.
Worked with business clients, franchise owners, vendors, operations, and construction teams to understand and document their requests in regards to restaurant systems.
Discussed scheduling issues that occurred, routed issues to the correct task owner(s), and followed up through completion.
Served as the point of contact for franchisee and vendor escalations.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
