This is a 2 month hybrid-working temporary opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support an exciting, diverse research company!
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for allocated projects and programs including developing project plans and establishing governance and service delivery protocols
- Monitoring and evaluating all aspects of project implementation, including risk and contingency management and quality measures, identifying and addressing issues, assessing project progress and effectiveness, and achieving project outcomes
- Managing all day to day operations including developing and maintaining project documentation, engaging stakeholders and responding to complex enquiries
- Coordinating staff as appropriate, ensuring compliance with governance and service quality requirements to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes
- Managing project and program budgets and meeting reporting requirements including the preparation and monitoring of financial reports
- Ensuring project and program is effectively marketed to promote product or services
- Taking a proactive role in building and enhancing collaborative working relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders and internal staff
- 12 months experience in a project management role
- Ability to communicate well at all levels and build effective relationships
- Strong organisational, collaborative and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
