Job Title: Projects Administrator / Project Coordinator / Assistant Projects Manager (Rail)
Location: Worcester (Role also available in Sheffield, Surrey or Swindon)

Salary: Circa £30,000 to £35,000 Per Annum + Package
** Base salary negotiable on level and based on relevant experience
Our client, a specialist Rail & Civil Engineering subcontractor within the Construction sector, is currently looking for a Projects Administrator / Project Coordinator / Assistant Projects Manager to join their Rail team on a permanent basis. In this role you will support with the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, supporting with various project administrative / management tasks.
Our client has a growing rail department and this role will entail working with a team who deliver projects across Network Rail’s NWR Route (North Western Railway – London > Birmingham > Liverpool).
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Creating/Writing Work Package Plans (WPP), for multiple Rail Maintenance/Upgrade projects.
- Creating/Writing task briefs, for multiple Rail Maintenance/Upgrade projects.
- Updating cloud-based construction planning/management software.
- Compiling site folders and completing job costings.
- General administration tasks for multiple projects including; monitoring, updating, reporting etc.
- Supporting Contracts Manager as required.
Candidates will ideally:
- Have worked in a similar roles before, supporting the management of multiple concurrent projects through various project administrative / management tasks.
- Have experience writing Work Package Plans and Task Briefs.
- Have good I.T, communication and commercial skills.
- Have worked in a busy environment, capable of dealing with last minute changes.
- Be diligent and highly organised.
