With a primary focus on the Nuclear Sector, our Technical Communities based in the South West of England are making valuable contributions to the mega-infrastructure, Nuclear New Build project at Hinkley Point C (HPC).
We can now offer, permanent opportunities in Bristol for high performing recent Graduates with STEM related degrees to join us and support the Project deliveries of our increasing order book. Graduate scheme will commence in September 2023.

- If you have working experience in a related field and are now developing your expertise, we are able to offer you further training and support to move into one of our Project Management/Project Control disciplines. We would give you experience of work across a range of projects and customers at a level of responsibility suitable for you.
Training and Development
Whether you’re a newbie to the world of work, or you’ve already started your early career, be assured that when you join our team, we’ll ensure you have the relevant training and development you need to do your job well and become part of a successful business:
- 2 week training period with your fellow graduates, with topics like Introduction to Nuclear, Nuclear Safety, and lots of fun ice-breaker activities.
- You will be put on an Assistant Project Manager (APM) approved Graduate Apprenticeship and will be fully APM qualified at the end of the programme
- We will support people moving into the Nuclear Sector for the first time, by providing Nuclear Awareness training as well as a full induction to our customers and nuclear sector.
- We offer a range of training methods to suit your experience and skill set, which includes on the job training, shadowing placements, and a formal mentoring scheme, working alongside our existing team to ensure you have continuous guidance at the start of your career as well as formal training courses.
- You will be actively encouraged to continue your professional development towards Chartership.
- We have a structured career path for employees that enables progression through grades.
- A structured formal mentoring programme to help you achieve chartership in your respective field.
- You will visit sites like Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, or even sites like Flamaville Nuclear Power Plant
- You may even be asked to work from one of our abroad offices for a period of time.
Qualifications
- Hold or about to complete a degree in an Engineering discipline (First or Upper Second)
