Position: Project Controls Manager
Salary: £85,000-£95,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Join our esteemed infrastructure consultancy client as a proficient Project Controls Manager. This role is pivotal to our high-performing team, contributing to significant nationwide infrastructure programs. Exciting opportunities await in London, the Midlands, and the South West. Embracing a hybrid work arrangement, you'll spend 2-3 days at the office and the rest working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing Project Control systems and processes, continuously seeking innovative and efficient methods to enhance productivity and streamline procedures.
- Monitor and track the Project Schedule's progress, analyze forecast progress, and perform critical path analysis to identify potential impacts on time and cost.
- Create comprehensive reporting schedules using Primavera P6.
- Conduct analytical reviews of data, information, and control processes, with a particular focus on Earned Value Analysis.
Required Experience:
- Proficiency in utilising Primavera P6.
- Experience in monitoring project costs.
- Assisting a Project Controls Manager in project risk discussions and collaborating on contingency plans to address and mitigate issues.
- Supporting project budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Involvement in tracking project changes, assessing potential impacts, and providing solutions/approvals.
- Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
