MTVH are seeking to recruit a Project Support Officer to carry out a wide range of administrative and other related work for the Midlands & East Anglia Property Manager and Senior Head of Property, based at our Waterfront House Offices in Beeston.
This role is being offered with a starting salary of £28,810 with working hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
Once training has been completed, this role will be eligible for agile working.

Duties will include but will not be limited to the following.
- Working with contractors and residents on continuous improvement of projects, ensuring clear communication with all parties when booking and confirming appointments
- Leading on keeping regional trackers up to date and to control the data input to ensure accuracy
- Supporting the Property Manager in effectively managing the tracker to input legal, contractor and Surveyor updates
- Proactively assisting the team with general administration or telephone duties, ensuring all internal processes are followed through to completion and an excellent customer service is provided to all customers and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of dealing with customers from different backgrounds, and delivering a positive and easy service to customers
- Experience of analysing customer feedback to achieve service improvements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Experience of working with external stakeholders
- Experience of dealing with customers and responding to customer enquiries on the phone and in writing
- An experienced user of Microsoft Office and the ability to easily learn other IT packages
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to problem solve
