The Project Coordinator (Delivery) reports into the Head of Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the safe provision of one of the following specific activities with strict adherence to the appropriate regulatory and license obligations for the electricity distribution network, Investment, Connections, Operations & Maintenance.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be working in the office, speaking to internal and external customers and other stakeholders, to facilitate the delivery of local community projects. You will effectively manage the lifecycle of the project, including making key decisions on resource utilisation, material management and finances. You will review the project at key stages to ensure that projects are on track, whilst factoring in contingency plans. Importantly, you will focus on meeting performance targets and on delivering projects safety, within budget and in line with Regulatory and License obligations.
What you'll bring
You’ll have either a crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience on the LV Network, along with experience of delivering projects. Thanks to your delivery focus, you’ll confidently balance customer and Business requirements and make quick decisions, while keeping Health & Safety at the forefront of your mind. You’ll need to work well with others, and be able to persuade, challenge and build credibility with different people and will thrive working under pressure at times. All of this will be supported by your computer literacy, with a knowledge of SAP Software desirable.
