Working as a member of the Sales & Project Delivery team, you are required to maintains and develops assigned accounts covering all internal and external aspects of the role. Assigned to a named customer, the Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for achieving sales profit and financial gains for the business.

The Project Co-Ordinator represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

Project Co-Ordinator responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Coordinating activities, resources, and equipment information. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and making certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves. Project Co-ordinator who will run, administer, and organise all project activities in co-operation with and under the direction of the Account Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

You are also required to liaise with and support the Account Manager to ensure customer and business needs are met at all times in accordance with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

· Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts

· Co-ordinates the involvement of personnel, including support, service, and resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations

· Meets assigned targets for profitability on assigned accounts

· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis

· Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while co-ordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

· To be fully conversant in all aspects of the internal procedures, financial process

· Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

· Report and escalate to management as needed

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

· Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

· Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves

· Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget

· Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise

· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

· Achieves assigned profit quota in designated accounts

· Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

· Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

· Demonstrates ability to encompass all aspects of the Project Co-Ordinator role

Other Responsibilities:

· Enlists the support of other departments and management resources as needed

· Works closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

· This position may require travel and out of hours work

Report any problems or quality issues immediately to your Line Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
