Job description
What it's like to work here:You'll be part of NT’s Urban Green team but will report to the Nature Neighbourhoods partnership. The Urban Green team includes people with a variety of skills and experience who work nationally, with partners, to develop innovative solutions to bring nature into the heart of the urban environment.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve working with partners and is likely to involve some travel to locations across the country.
- An understanding of project management frameworks, and confidence in completing reporting processes, data handling and analysis
- Excellent project co-ordination skills, able to identify inefficiencies and the confidence to raise and address these
- Confidence working with senior leaders to ensure effective partnership governance, monitoring delivery and managing risks
- To be highly organised and able to prioritise across various deadlines
- Presentation skills and strong interpersonal communication, able to build positive working relationships
- Confidence in supporting a partnership project working across varying organisational cultures, preparing reports for different stakeholders
- Bring a passion for delivering change in urban areas, for nature, and for diversity, equality and inclusion
- Support innovation by sharing learning
