Project Coordinator

Asseticom is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn. They should be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to clients offices. As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the Asseticom Partners to achieve the company goals and overall success, with client support delivered through digital tools such as video conference and instant messaging software.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Support the Surveying Partner with select projects, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, and report regularly to stakeholders. Collaborate with Software Partner to ensure all technical resources are fit for purpose.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilisation and productivity.
  • Collaborate with likeminded individuals within our clients' teams to identify staffing needs and assign appropriate team members to projects.
  • Identify area of improvements for each process, maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure that project timelines are adhered to and that all necessary resources are utilized
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project updates, delays, and other issues
  • Provide project status reports to management as needed
  • Assist with project management as needed
  • Manage and maintain all documentation related to projects
  • Assist in the development of new projects as needed or requested
  • Assist in the creation of internal and external project plans when necessary

Key responsibilities are as follows:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience of the Surveying or Facilities Management sectors preferable but not essential
  • Experience of social media, messaging applications and a general aptitude for technology.
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills.​
  • A positive personality and can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders about our software product.

No software development experience is required for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £21,382.00 per year
