The Role:
As we continue to expand our global operations, our established and highly active Biometrics team is now seeking an additional Project Associate to join our thriving Swansea office. This will be an office based role so please only apply if you are local/live near our offices in Swansea or have plans to relocate to this area imminently.
A Project Associate will develop and maintain project management documents and tracking tools essential to all aspects of managing Biometrics studies. Responsibilities in this role include:
Scheduling project team and client meetings, sending agendas, booking resources and preparing meeting materials as well as taking and distributing meeting minutes.
Maintaining and distributing project documents including study timelines and project plans..
Developing and maintaining project specific team resources, process flow charts, contact lists and organisational charts.
Managing study related reporting, generating and formatting project material prior to review.
Filing and distributing study related reports.
To be successful in the role, you will be:
Driven, organised and approachable, along with having the following skillset:
Administrative experience or a graduate level education.
Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel and the ability to take and type up accurate minutes.
You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure.
Fluency in English is required.
