Let me tell you about the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Assistant to join our busy team. As Project Assistant you will act as a facilitator within the Mona, Morgan and Morven Programme reporting directly to the Programme director in the Projects. They are accountable for the overall administration and support of the Programme Director and general office management and project administration.
What you will deliver
- Travel, Calendar management and Expenses for the Programme Director
- Support for processes and process implementation and training.
- Arrange and organise project team meetings, townhalls and webinars for the programme
- Responsible for arranging events for the programme teams and managing internal moves etc.
- Key point of contact for the Programme Director for triaging general project and programme administrative support.
- Minute taking, tracking actions for the Programme Leadership team
- Deliver onboarding processes and new starter inductions for the programme
- Maintain organisational programme charts, tracking headcount and updates on resourcing within the programme
- Meeting organisation for the Board of Director for the Programme and other regular programme leadership meetings
What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)
- Experience in team coordination and support across different cultures
- Experience in project support and administration
- Experience with delivering support to programme managers
