A Fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect to national market leading property Development Company working on some of London’s and the UK’s top luxury residential and commercial developments.

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum plus bonus and career progression

Role: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join our team. You will be based at our Marylebone office as well as on-site at our development properties in London.

The role will include working on property refurbishments of luxury residential and commercial developments across the UK including properties based in London, Manchester and Dublin.

You will have a detailed design eye, and will work on the design and interiors of the properties, which will include CAD drawings, project management and working alongside an expert team of contractors, builders, painters, architects, surveyors and design teams.

We are looking for someone with an immediate start and ideally, you will be based in central London or within a reasonable commute.

Duties will include:

  • Prepare dimensional site drawings, installation drawings and system layout drawings in CAD
  • Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes
  • Review drawings, specifications and other documentation as requested by the wider teams.
  • Maintain all relevant documentation and logging of drawing references to ensure compliance to internal standards by following digital filing guidelines.
  • Must be able to visit our Marylebone, central London offices and development sites as required.
  • The role will be office or site based.

The ideal candidate should have/ display the following:

  • Exceptional working knowledge of AutoCAD software to create plan drawings
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Enthusiastic can do attitude who continuously looks for solutions
  • Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office suite experience and practical knowledge
  • Able to generate plan layout drawings from sketches, specifications and images
  • Knowledgeable of standard drafting practices
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while efficiently managing time and resources
  • Demonstrate an attention to detail on all output

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • LONDON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
