About the role:
As the Project and Change Manager you will oversee all strategic and tactical project management activities across the recruitment team. You will build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring project deliverables are well-defined, planned, and monitored through effective project governance.
Responsible for the successful delivery of all projects, ensuring they align with specified requirements, timelines, and budgets, while adhering to internal controls. You will support leaders and teams in scoping and developing business cases, and conduct comprehensive analyses of project outputs, including post-implementation reviews and recommendations. Continuous improvement and process reviews are also a key focus, collaborating closely with the wider recruitment leadership team.
You will also drive the development of effective ways of working, ensuring clear accountability throughout projects and initiatives. Overall, as the Project Manager, you will make a significant impact on the recruitment team's performance by driving delivery of projects and improvements.
About you:
- Proven project management experience with the ability to deliver successful outcomes – on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership capabilities, effective communication, engagement and influencing skills at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and meet project requirements.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritise work, and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Professional accreditation in project management (e.g., APM or Prince 2) is desirable.
