The Role:
- Identify under-performing projects and understand root causes of performance issues by reference to project business cases and commercial agreements.
- Work with business unit leadership to identify remedial actions to improve project margins
- Manage the required stakeholders in order to implement identified actions
- Report on progress of action plans to Senior Leadership.
- On a rotating basis review contracts/statement of works and produce commercial summary, identifying additional revenue opportunities.

- Ensure all projects have a expected margin supported by original or updated business case
- Monthly report on underperforming projects
- Monthly report on project performance by personal with financial responsibility for the project
- Identify and manage underutilised resources.
- Work with pre sales team to standardise the output of business models used to approve deals
- Review new projects to ensure all documents are complete, commercial summary produced and initial results are as expected
- Review termination projects and ensure all resources/costs are managed to end with the project
- Numerate with strong Excel skills
- Familiar with reviewing commercial agreements in order to identify areas of opportunity / breach
- Curious and likes getting stuck into the detail
- Ability to interact with and influence senior stakeholders
