Project Administrator – Commercial & Communications

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join support our Chief Commercial officer, enabling efficient and effective function of the commercial, marketing and research and development teams.

Main duties include;

Administer and ensure adherence to internal management procedures and Key Performance Indicators of the team

Support meeting preparation, including meeting material, agendas, keeping track of progress and follow-up items.

Prepare material and reports in advance of key meetings and events, maintaining schedule clarity and flow

Prepare and maintain agendas, manage and ensure completion of follow-up actions

Communicate across organizational functions and with external stakeholders to timely schedule critical meetings and stakeholder attendance

Schedule one-time and recurring events and assist in maintaining balanced agenda and scheduling/booking travel of the CCO

Produce reports, presentations and briefs using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Assist with other administrative procedures such as processing expense reimbursements, vendor payments as required.

Work with our marketing manager to implement marketing tasks, send out marketing collateral, oversee the internal newsletters or branded merchandise to prospects and clients

Ideal candidates will have the following;

Diploma on Business Administration or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word)

Technology proficient and able to organize and ensure effective video meetings, conference calls, and online meeting sessions

Excellent oral and written communication skills
