Job description
In this full-time permanent position, you will be part of the Project Support team acting as a Project Administrator in our London office.
Reporting to the Project Support Manager, this role is responsible for liaising with our internal and offshore staff, regarding day-to-day project administrative tasks and general office duties. A high level of verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role as is a positive and pro-active approach to your work.
Your time will be majority allocated to assist with project deliverables, ensuring client work is prioritized and the Project Leaders are supported with all administration functions.
We are seeking a fast learner with the ability to be shown a task, own the task and run with it from start through to completion; confidently, efficiently, and accurately.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 A-Levels
- 2 years relevant experience in a project administration role
Essential:
- Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications
- Strong communication and interactive skills
Desirable
- Experience working within an engineering or construction industry
