Progress Chaser - Hangar, Leeds Bradford Airport.
Shift - 4 on, 4 off - Days

Our Progress Chaser will Take Responsibility for ensuring the smooth flow of Engineering materials for an aircraft maintenance input, in order to achieve the scheduled aircraft return to service date.

What will you do in the role?
Assisting our Engineering Stores with the provisioning of materials in advance of each input, our Progress Chaser will support the engineers through the allocation of components for each specific task, Work Order and ATA chapter. You will also:

• Attend and participate in meetings pre, post and during each maintenance input
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders regarding delivery dates, material shortages and potential delivery issues
• Ensure the timely despatch of materials to third party repair vendors, liaising with Repairs for regular updates on anticipated return dates.

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?
Our Progress Chaser will have experience within aviation engineering logistics, ideally within a Base Maintenance environment. You will also:

• Be flexible, practical and approachable
• Have excellent attention to detail (critical for this role)
• Have strong written and verbal skills
• Be highly organised, with the ability to process large amounts of data quickly.
