After acquiring Questionmark, we are searching for our next talented Product Designer (UX/UI). This is a full-time position where you’ll be working with your local teams in UK & Ireland, and our larger design team operating out of Sydney, Australia. Time zones can sometimes be tricky, but we believe we can make it work through frequent and effective communication.

The programmer/consultant is deployed to customer implementation projects and is responsible for executing the technical tasks required for the implementation. Those tasks can vary and depend on the specific project.

Core objectives of the role

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of customer solutions
  • Develop technical solutions for customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements

  • Typical tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Developing content migration routines that read, parse, transform and import customers’ content in bulk from a third-party format into Learnosity platforms.
    • Developing custom to extend Learnosity platforms to meet specific customer requirements.
    • Creating one-off database scripts or queries for data cleansing and/or custom reporting
    • Guiding customers on how best to use Learnosity APIs to integrate third-party systems with Learnosity platforms.
    • Leading implementation efforts related to integrations and single-sign-on
    • Assisting customers with the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Learnosity’s on-premises software solutions.
    • The programmer/consultant will carry out these types of tasks as a contributor within a larger project team and is expected to collaborate with the project manager, the trainer/consultant, and the customer.

Skills and Experience

  • University level degree in computer science or software engineering is desirable
  • At least two years’ of experience as a technical contributor to IT or software engineering projects
