Expleo is a leading Global Engineering Services Provider with UK presence in We are seeking a passionate driven individual who possesses programme management skills to join our team who design/build and commission Special to Type Test Equipment. This affords the successful candidate an opportunity to work on programmes delivering equipment supporting some of the largest and most prestigious world-renowned blue-chip companies in the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with the bid team to prepare the costing information and commercial aspects of client proposal
  • Engaging with the business to secure the resources needed to deliver your programme for the client
  • Ensuring that project deliverables are planned within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets.
  • Preparing project metrics with different slants for upwards reporting to management and client reporting
  • Conducting regular project drumbeat meetings ensuring good communication within the internal project team and with the client.
  • Managing scope changes, communicating the impacts, and securing approval when needed through the contract variation process.
  • Conducting gate reviews such Kick-off, PDR and CDR
  • Leading knowledge transfers and project post-mortem for lessons learned and improving best practices
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 4 qualification in relevant subject or degree.

Desirable if qualification is in an engineering related subject or candidate has engineering experience. Project management structured knowledge/qualification desirable such as PMBOK/PMP, PMQ or PRINCE2
Skills:
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Windows, Office with particular emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI
  • Great communication skills, both internal and customer facing
Experience:
  • Teamwork and emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering full lifecycle projects.
  • Has worked in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical role.
