About the role

The Estates, Projects and Masterplanning department supports the delivery of Museum capital, infrastructure and temporary exhibition projects, and estates operations and logistics services by supplying project and programme management resource and technical expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their journey into project management at the UK’s most visited Museum!

The Programme, Project and Operations Management Support role supports a range of projects, programmes and operations, carrying out functions such as updating plans, creating project documentation, supporting procurement, working with our finance system, producing management dashboards and minuting meetings, and other tasks as delegated by the project/programme/operations manager.

About you

You will have excellent organisational, time management and communications skills to deal proactively with conflicting demands and to manage numerous different relationships with the appropriate degree of confidentiality and sensitivity. Experience of working in a project, programme or operational environment, and the ability to build good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, will be essential.
