Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational and people skills who will be the reliable, positive, “go-to” person for our programme based in Great Yarmouth. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting our high quality Programme Delivery. Key Responsibilities
Supporting high quality programme delivery
● Working with the relevant Programme Manager and Director to :
○ support the creation of clear programme delivery plans
○ ensure plans are regularly monitored and updated
○ monitor payments and invoices for programme delivery
○ Ensure all programme expenses, purchase orders and invoices are up to date
● Plan a comprehensive calendar of key, events and learning opportunities across
the year, in collaboration with the team and external partners.
● Contribute to research, quality assurance and compilation of internal and external
reports.
Supporting strategic and operational relationships
● Ensure effective communication between Right to Succeed, schools and partners.
● Track levels of engagement with key stakeholders and support the team to
maintain productive relationships.
● Conduct research tasks to develop knowledge of the local area across the current
and prospective delivery areas.
● Coordinate visits and events for internal and external partners in the local area,
including venue resourcing and event management.
● Build an effective network inside and outside of the organisation, including
internal colleagues,school and external contacts to assist successful programme
delivery.
Robust programme administration
● Oversee email and diary management, scheduling meetings, booking travel,
accommodation.
● Attend school and partner meetings to provide administrative support, such as
minute taking and tracking of actions.
● Update and maintain information systems and databases.
External communications for programmes & event coordination
● Post details of programme and related organisational events on social media
● Support Communications Team by providing information on the Great Yarmouth
programme to ensure current information on website and social media
● Support the organisation in annual learning and celebration events for
programmes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,861.00 per year
