Programme Office Support (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 6 Months – Possibility of extension
Contracting Authority: The Home Office
Location: Hybrid – 2 days on site per week in Croydon

You must hold active SC Clearance in order to be considered for this role.
As a Programme Office Support your main responsibilities would be:
· Work closely with the Project Managers / Leads to determine weekly priorities and activities.
· Reporting - Support the creation of programme/workstream Reports for keyboards and Senior Meetings.
· Develop, implement, update and monitor Programme and Workstream Plans, Risk and Issues Logs, Assumption and Dependency trackers, Project reports, financial reports and Change Controls processes and escalate to the Project Managers/ Leads when required.
· Provide ad hoc PMO support as needed to other areas programme/ workstream/ PPPT Portfolio.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
· Experience of working in a Programme Management Office (PMO), and/or project/programme environment.
· Good written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the use of different channels and formats for different audiences.
· Ability to be proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing their own time and priorities effectively.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at every level within an organisation.
· Close attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective administrative processes.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
