About the role...
As Programme Manager at Bupa Global you will deliver positive business outcomes by leading, defining and managing large, strategic and complex Business Programmes. These will comprise of multiple change projects, workstreams and initiatives.
Key duties:
Manage a portfolio of niche transformation / change programmes & projects - planning, shaping and management
Ensure strategic and architectural alignment for Programme activity to ensure business plans and strategies are achieved
Coordinate the programme’s projects & workstreams and ensuring clear management and control of scope, budget and quality.
Manage Programme level steering and working committees at a senior level
Lead the Programme teams, negotiate and influence resource managers
Ensure that all Programmes are managed in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures including the Bupa Global Transformation and Change Methodology
About you..
Expert knowledge and expertise of managing large and complex programmes and projects delivering successful business outcomes
Advanced stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different stakeholders from business customers through to IT colleagues
Previous experience of operating in a regulated and compliance led environment, including in international jurisdictions
Highly proficient in risk, resource and cost management.
Extensive experience of multiple business and IT project delivery methodologies (eg, MSP, Prince2, Agile, SDLC)
Experience of implementing Business and IT change
Possess effective vendor management skills, combined with strong commercial acumen
