Competitive Salary & excellent benefits package
A key figure in our central headquarters team, you’ll do far more than just manage the finances: you’ll help set the path for our continued growth and success. You’ll take full control for timely and accurate fiscal reporting (VAT, tax and financial statements). You’ll build relationships with senior leaders to support them and you’ll lead projects to improve our finance processes and activities.
We are looking for a PMO to create, control, and maintain programme and project plans.
You’ll succeed because you will…
- Create, control, and maintain the programme and project plans, schedules, resources, milestones, dependencies, and baseline
- Support the Controls Transformation Programme on good planning practices and ensure planning is approached in a structured fashion, upholding a pragmatic and practical approach
- Ensure timely escalation and update RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) log with schedule/resource related issues and risks
- Ensure Quality Assurance processes/assessment/reviews/milestones are included in project plans as per Project Management Procedures
- Provide ‘look ahead’ insight to potential plan related, deliverable or resource capacity risks to enable proactive management action to be undertaken by programme management
- Produce status reports, deployment milestone management dashboards and delivery trackers as required
- Work closely with the Controls Transformation project managers to challenge, understand and manage dependencies and delivery to plan
- Support the preparation for Phasegates and Checkpoints
- Support the PMO Manager on the deployment of Project Management Procedures, tools, templates, and standards
- Oversee the Controls Transformation Comms outlook inbox and manage complexity when scheduling
- Build relationships and work with FFF (Finance for the Future) teams to coordinate the overall plan management across the programme
- Act as a change agent to drive Continuous Improvement of Project Management Procedures.
You’ll love it because…
…you’ll have the freedom to make a difference. You’ll put your own ideas into practice. The products you help us get out there will allow people to live healthier lives and have happier homes. And our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will bring the very best out of you, every day.
