SYHA is delivering a Coproduction and Peer Support Service to support the Changing Futures programme in Sheffield. We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme & Learning Coordinator to join our team and work with people and partners across Sheffield, administering grant funding to the local VCS to deliver positive activities for people in recovery, and working alongside people with Lived Experience of Multiple Disadvantage to coproduce this.

More about the role:
The Changing Futures programme is a £64 million joint initiative by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest funder of community activity in the UK. The fund is for local organisations to work in partnership to better support those who experience multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse, and contact with the criminal justice system.
SYHA are pleased to have been awarded the administration of the Positive Activities Fund in Sheffield as part of the Changing Futures programme. The purpose of the fund is to create an opportunity for local VCS organisations to provide tailored recovery support that can be shaped according to local need, to help build recovery capital in the city and support the development of the wider recovery community.As Programme Coordinator, you will provide the administration of grant funding to the VCS sector, track and evaluate it to deliver positive activities and work with people with lived experience to co-produce this.
