Oxford Saïd Business School invites applications for the role of Programme Director for the globally-renowned MSc in Major Programme Management (MMPM). As the steward of this one-of-a-kind MSc programme, the Director ensures the programme's commitment to world-class excellence.

About MMPM: MMPM is a modular postgraduate degree renowned for attracting some of Oxford's most experienced student bodies, representing 30+ countries, 20+ employment sectors, and boasting 15+ years of average experience.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership to uphold the programme's world-class standards.
- Oversee two academic year cohorts, totalling 120 senior executive students from diverse backgrounds and sectors.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including faculty, recruitment, and programme teams.
- Curate programme content, ensuring an integrated learning journey for both students and faculty.
- Serve as a central member of the admissions committee to achieve the programme's financial and quality benchmarks.
- Represent the MMPM both internally and externally, articulating its vision aligned with the School's strategic objectives.
- Function as the primary point of contact for MMPM students, fostering a positive class culture and excellent student experience.
- Demonstrate and promote the programme and School's core values, with an emphasis on collaboration, respect, and excellence.
