The Role
As Programme Coordinator you will take ownership responsibility of the development and delivery of a recruitment plan for the programme and maintenance of data on participants as they progress throughout their journey, allowing you to draw insights together for the development of the programme. You will also take responsibility for the curation of team coaching provision, acting as the point of contact for teams and coaches in this area, as well leading in the identification and allocation of mentors to teams in collaboration with the Programme Manager.

- Contract full time, permanent
- Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on qualifications/experience
- Based at the Innovation Centre, Queens Road, Belfast (hybrid working arrangement available)
- Reporting to the Programme Manager

What are we looking for?
Co-Founders is a programme that runs across 10 months of the year centred on bringing together people with ideas and ambition to create start-ups that could change the world.
The perfect candidate for this position should be passionate about supporting aspiring entrepreneurs to reach their full potential and bring their ideas to life; previous experience in programme co-ordination, recruiting for programmes, interpreting data sets and a keen interest in entrepreneurship, start-ups and innovation will be essential to develop and inspire each programme participant.
With an opportunity to work with some of NIs most innovative companies and a range of Catalyst partners proven skills in communication, organisation and diverse stakeholder management are required.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Ownership of the full recruitment cycle of the programme, including planning and delivery of recruitment campaign for circa 150-200 programme applicants.
- Promotion of Co-Founders to stakeholders within industry, education, Local Covernment, third sector and relevant bodies, including via email marketing, meetings, presentations and talks.
- Managing applicant processing including communications, scorings sheets, interview set-up, co-ordinating interview resource, conducting interviews, maintaining accurate records of candidate activity, and ensuring fair practice across all applicants.
- Managing relationship with Marketing in relation to Co-Founders promotional materials and delivery.
- Live tracking and reporting on recruitment data and activity to marketing, programme manager and wider organisation.
- Managing onboarding, including creation of documentation relating to applications, all onboarding comms and applicant handling, co-ordinating the signing of agreements for all accepted applicants, collating submitted materials from applicants.
- Supporting the wider team on relevant candidate insights/information on transition from onboarding to delivery.
Programme Delivery
- Attending and supporting the team at workshops and events, including programme delivery.
- Admin control of Slack comms channel for programme participants and point of contact for participant queries.
- Ownership of teams coaching provision including drafting proposal documentation and selection/appointment of coaches. Managing coaching information, correspondence and supporting the admin processing of coaching activities.
- Collaborative engagement with Programme Manager on mentor engagement for Co-founders+ including team document prep, team triaging, mentor appointment, allocation, follow-up and review.
- Engaging with wider team on ad-hoc duties as required to ensure successful delivery of programme content.
Data
- Maintaining programme participant data and applicant records.
- Maintaining data dashboard in excel to track metrics across programme.
- Creating outputs from data to spot trends, provide insights to programme manager/marketing and using data outputs to inform planning activities.
Essential Criteria

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in managing recruitment campaigns/processes including managing and conducting interviews and comfortable working to recruitment campaign KPIs/Operational objectives.
- Experience engaging with Stakeholders at a range of seniority levels.
- Demonstrably strong written & verbal communication skills and capable of tailoring communications for a range of different groups.
- Experience maintaining and interpreting data sets.
- Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word packages.
- Keen interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation activity.

- Self-motivated and able to work on own iniative
- Ability to prioritise multiple demands
Desirable Criteria
- Working with startups or in innovation activities.
- Specific experience recruiting for a programme or specific campaign experience with large applicant volumes.
- Experience with project management software particular interest in Monday.com.
Special Requirements
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- One evening per week and occasional weekend work to support programme delivery
