Our No-One Left Out of Life strategy 2022-26 includes our ambitious hub expansion programme in Loughborough, Leeds and Belfast. Sense Hub Loughborough will reach communities of people with complex disabilities and their families and supporters to provide a varied programme of activity across age ranges. This will include arts and wellbeing, employment services, support for children and families and sports and physical activity.
We are looking for a Hub Programme Coordinator to ensure the smooth day to day running and delivery of Sense Hub and coordinate support to the people who access our programmes, coordinate staff and programmes and help with the development of the hub programmes.
This will be a 3 year fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week based at our new hub in Loughborough.
We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who have:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages and other applications including Sharepoint, Teams and Zoom
Experience of responding to enquiries from a variety of stakeholders
Proven experience of using information from systems to produce reports and dashboards
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop working relationships with children and families, based on respect, trust and confidence
