APPOINTMENT OF PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR FOR ADULT EDUCATION, (22.5 HOURS PER WEEK) - REF 230906
Up to £13,876 p.a. (FTE £22,819 p.a.)

The Programme Administrator ensures that all activities, tasks and associated documentation required to support the effective delivery of adult education programmes are completed to required timescales and accurately maintained.
This role is varied and interesting, covering many different areas of College life, including
- admission and enrolment support
- administration of skills assessments
- leading communications with Adult learners
- sourcing and purchasing of teaching resources
- minute taking and organisation of meetings
You will be responsible for supporting the Admissions and Programme service across the Adult provision.

Please note that the role may require some evening work and so flexibility of hours is required for this post (these will always be known in advance).
