Job description
- Assess new initiatives and align to organizational strategies and priorities
- Lead stakeholder alignment and decision making to confirm project objectives, scope, and success criteria
- Formulate, monitor, and organize interconnected project dependencies and contingencies
- Full management of project lifecycle with heightened focus on stakeholder alignment, adherence to deliverables, controls, and governance
- Build awareness to leading program health indicators with risk, issue, dependency, and critical path management at the core of the evaluation
- Present fact-based analysis to aid program progress and decision making
- Gauges performance based on accountability of the program success and outcomes achieved
Communications and Stakeholder Management
- Established program governance, stakeholder evaluations, and communication plan to ensure all program constituents are informed and engaged at right time
- Creation and facilitation of program status updates including fact-based evaluation and reporting
- Present analysis to executive level leadership to guide decision making
- Act as program leader with high level of integrity and sought out council from stakeholders
Develop, Enhance, and Align PMO/Strategy Operations Capability
- Provide input on leading best practices, method and principles, and builds capability within internal teams
- Identify, evaluate, and implement various PM tools, techniques, and frameworks that enhance Project Management Service Delivery (e.g Jira, Agile, Smarsheets)
- Facilitate session with internal stakeholders to build awareness and desire for PI planning process and value, as well as education on application and use of tools
- Complete root cause evaluations and process enhancement session in effort to continuously evolve and improve our tools
- Prefer at least 3 years of experience in Core (Master) Data Management in either operations, transition, or project management or process ownership; or, strong knowledge of Partner, Customer and Product Master Data domains.
- Thorough understanding of program, communications, and change management techniques and best practices
- Prior experience in program managing Data Science development lifecycle and process is a must. Deep background in AI/ML development space is strongly preferred and will be a plus.
- Proficient and proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient and proven critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Prior leadership experience in Operating Model / Shared Service design & transition design preferred
- Prior experience working in Global role in Tech industry is preferred
