About the Role
The Program Manager, Live Operations identifies and runs function-wide efforts such as analyzing team efficiency metrics and benchmarks, executing strategic projects, developing internal tools and systems (i.e. data sources/pipelines, process optimizations) and collaborating with Product and Operations to size, scope and test new features.
In this role, you will need to develop deep expertise and understanding of how Veho’s and Live Operations’ processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive continuous improvement. Candidates must be comfortable developing and improving processes and SOPs, as well as independently working with data and leading analysis. Our team is data and insights-driven, so you’ll need to be comfortable combining both qualitative and quantitative insights to make decisions. You must also be able to translate these insights into action and have the ability to manage the implementation and execution of complex projects.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate closely with the Live Operations team to be the “Swiss Army knife” that brings a wide skill set and ownership attitude to ensure the team’s success
- Go deep within the team to understand how the team operates, where the inefficiencies exist and build/execute a continuous improvement strategy
- Create and owner of Live Operations KPIs and insights
- Stand up initiatives and rollouts, and ensure consistent iteration as the team’s function and its offerings evolve
- Provide team processes and systems support to ensure the team is ready to improve our performance as the business grows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that processes are streamlined and enable the accomplishment of organizational goals
- Develop tools and processes that elevate team experience and performance
- Serve as the voice of the team, communicating what it needs and collaborating with Product for development and implementation
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience that includes project/product management, analytics, and/or problem-solving
- 4+ years in consulting, customer experience, logistics or operations management, or a high-growth startup is preferred
- Is excited about digging deep into the data and processes, isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and can develop approaches to test and learn
- Consider yourself a SQL and Excel Expert
- Can translate complex analyses into simple and actionable insights tied to business goalsIs detailed-oriented and an excellent verbal and written communicator - can translate between high level communication and structure and specific nuances
- Has interest or experience working across a wide variety of topics; willingness to research best practices if you don’t have previous experience in a specific area
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needs
- Can lead execution of complex initiatives and processes using agile/continuous improvement methodologies
- Can effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization
- Is a self-starter and has a desire to learn and grow; can work independently
