Job title: Education Programme Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 per annum FTE, £25,600 per annum pro rated to 28 hours per week.
Working hours: 28 hours per week
Location: Work from home, must be UK based.
Benefits: 32 days paid annual leave including public holidays per annum (FTE), flexible working and TreeSisters operates a discretionary wellness scheme which currently offers six wellness days (FTE) pro-rata per annum.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging educational programs for TreeSisters, working with our stakeholders to monitor the effectiveness and learnings of these programs and educate multiple groups, including our donor community, the businesses we work with, and the general public, about connecting with nature and the environment.
You will report directly to the Head of Education and work in collaboration with the other members of the Education team and wider TreeSisters team.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Develop, implement and facilitate Educational content - In collaboration with the Head of Education, produce learning materials and resources, customising the content and tone for different audiences and evaluating and analysing the results. Interacting with the wider TreeSisters team to ensure that all offerings are meaningful and impactful.
- Programme Management/Instructional Design - Using best practices and tested instructional design theories, design compelling programmes for transformative learning journeys. You will often have responsibility for designing and delivering multiple programmes at once and will need to determine the best delivery method.
- Learning and Development - Attend and speak at events and conferences as a representative of TreeSisters and create and manage learning environments.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have a good understanding of Programme Management, Education Technology or Instructional design and a demonstrated ability to create engaging online learning programmes with compelling content. You are a people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a clear connection and passion for conservation and nature and have an understanding or interest in the current issues in the reforestation sector.
