About the Position:
TJFACT is seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team in support of the NEA (National Endowment of the Arts) in Washington, DC!
The Program Manager will be responsible for assisting the CISO to develop, plan, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Zero Trust Architecture designed to ensure the compliance of in-scope Agency operations with applicable M-22-09 implementation. This individual will also act as a central point of coordination to ensure that the efforts of a broad range of contributors are aligned with, and efficiently contributing to, the strategic vision and goals of the Agency Program.
All work will be performed in a combination of Government provided facility and/or remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of Zero Trust products and ensure their compliance with all contract requirements.
- Coordinate with teams of engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and help desk analysts in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Zero Trust solution.
- Synchronize other contractors and vendor relationships, and demonstrate expertise in domains including applications security, network modernization, cloud services, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Act as a liaison between the Agency and other clients within the agency to identify and manage reach-back support for new technical requirements and subject matter expertise, as needed.
- Work with the CISO to shape activities under contract in concert with the statement of work, organizational strategic plans, and its associated goals and objectives.
- Work closely to ensure projects meet delivery, quality, and schedule goals supporting organization-wide technical programs and strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to improve program management processes and identify change management issues or requirements related to strategic implementation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, computer science, business or engineering OR a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. At least one of the following certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)
- Project Management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
- A minimum of 7 years of cybersecurity program management experience relevant to this task order including 3 years of direct support for the US Government.
