The Career Readiness Education Program Manager, is responsible for planning and managing the implementation of high-quality Career and College Prep programs and Career and College Readiness Education Initiatives across the Stride Network. This role ensures program goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and that there is adherence to quality standards. The role prepares or facilitates the program/project deliverables and communicates with school leaders, other Stride teams, and company leadership on status and outcomes. This role provides feedback and consultation on curriculum, tools, professional development, and other program elements for CCRE.

- Implements Career and College Readiness Education initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and goals
- Supports Stride schools and staff on goal setting, best practices, and program support
- Develops and facilitates PLCs, training protocol, and onboarding for new CRE Admin and staff
- Creates implementation strategy for new products, tools, and programs
- Solutions for customer and school challenges related to CRE products, tools, and initiatives
- Provides support for WBL/Career Training development and expansion across stride schools
- Works collaboratively with other teams and departments
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 year of related experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Program or project management experience
- Career and Technical Education background or related field
- Building strong interpersonal relationships
- Must have a positive spirit and solutions focused mentality
- Must have high integrity and build trust at all levels – internally and externally

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $38,098.00 to $95,948.88. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
