• Proven experience in project or program management specifically with people development initiatives and/or learning solutions• Facilitation of training programs experience• Extensive experience in program or project management• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification• Relevant work experience in the areas of learning design, group facilitation, and leadership development. • Communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing. • Track record of delivering learning results and navigating through ambiguity • Highly skilled at conducting training needs assessments, analyzing and prioritizing learning and development needs, and capable of linking recommendations to bottom line business impact. • Extensive knowledge and practice of learning design: adult learning, on the job learning, management theories, and principles in both virtual and in-person events. • Practical experience in leadership and business needs consulting with executive leaders, ideally with a management background. • Program management and administration experience: organisation, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and consistently delivering results.• Well versed in current trends, articles, and research in the Leadership Development industry.

As a Program Manager, Leader Experience on the AMXL L&D team, you will play a vital role in creating a pipeline of global leaders who are ready to lead in increasingly complex environments and keep pace with the continued growth of the business. Our team partners with leaders at all levels to provide targeted leadership development programs and custom solutions for AMXL Leaders.
Key job responsibilities
- Build high-trust partnerships with key stakeholders to understand their greatest leadership challenges and opportunities. Develop recommended solutions that address top priority needs.
- Build positive, collaborative and action-oriented partnerships among SMEs, peers, and stakeholders to scale global leadership solutions.
- Tap into your knowledge and creativity to bring new ideas and deeper understanding to our leaders through learning and development solutions. Help them apply that knowledge to their daily work and broader responsibilities.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to design and deliver targeted and engaging leadership solutions that are culturally aligned, best suit audience needs, and tangibly impact performance. Solutions may include in person leadership skill building workshops, team development events, virtual learning experiences, and on demand learning resources.
- Create high quality participant guides, facilitator guides, and supporting materials that can be used by the local training delivery team
- Facilitate leadership development experiences using skillful application of adult learning theory to ensure learning outcomes are achieved. Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, and skill development take place in a measurable way.
- Select, design, and deploy appropriate mechanisms to measure learning impact.
- Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement, and evaluation plans.
- Administer the Learning Management System to enter rosters, track participation, and evaluations.
- Participate in, manage, and lead leadership development programs.
- Adopt a global mind-set, exhibit cultural sensitivity, and relate to and work effectively across cultures
• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as human resources, adult education, or organizational development. • Formal training or education in Adult Learning, Human Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and Training Evaluation is highly desirable. • Experience in implementing innovative learning and development solutions within a fast-paced global environment.• Executive coaching certification.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• C1+ level in any of the following languages: German, French, Italian, and/or SpanishAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
