Amazon Freight is building systems and capabilities to ensure that external shippers’ freight in the Amazon network (vendors, suppliers, sellers) is moved with the highest service and lowest possible costs. We are currently present in UK and DE.
As the program manager, you will be responsible for managing Amazon Freight's launches in Rest of Europe and expanding the service to internal Amazon customers. This role would manage end to end launch process involving multiple stakeholders. Qualified candidates should be happy with a significant degree of complex program management and commercial decision making this role is crucial to the offering of the overall business.
Key job responsibilities
- Working with the multiple stakeholders including tax, legal, product, commercial, tech etc. to execute new launches
- Working with operational and shipper service teams, with hands-on management to ensure high shipper satisfaction, optimisation and good partner relations.
- Support Amazon Freight's initiative to expand into new sales channels by increasing the total addressable market
- Create detailed business requirements and product designs for new projects, including writing requirement documents, working closely with AF tech team.
- MBA or a Degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Preferably e-commerce/direct B2B experience
- Relevant Experience in EMEA markets
