Trilogy Federal is looking for a motivated and independent Program Analyst and Executive Support Consultant to serve as an executive staff support specialist at a large Federal agency.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience supporting government executives. The selected candidate will have a critical role on a high-performing team improving healthcare for Veterans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and reviews documents such as draft memoranda, correspondence, policy proposals, and action plans regarding a wide range of subjects.
- Coordinates and prepares briefing materials, white papers, and other correspondence to facilitate understanding of issues, solving problems, and decision making.
- Provides summary briefings that examine implications of enacting specific proposals, to include recommendations to approve, disapprove, or modify specific proposal elements prior to final decisions.
- Plans, facilitates, and coordinates executive-level conferences and similar events (e.g., workshops, teleconferences, summits), to include agendas, scheduling, presentations, technical preparation, and related support; records and monitors follow up on developed and assigned action items of committee members and others.
- Reviews and analyzes administrative support documents, internal program administration reference materials, and draft policy/guidelines documentation for compliance standards, thoroughness and completeness, and accuracy.
- Monitors and manages time-sensitive organizational taskers and assignments.
- Captures spoken information in real-time in documents and spreadsheets (e.g., live edits to documents, capture of questions and answers during presentations, etc.).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years total experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to devise solutions independently and anticipate solutions. Must be able to hear feedback and build next steps/courses of action.
- Agility and ability to change course based on shifting plans, priorities, and timelines.
- Experience making live edits to documents and other artifacts while screensharing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on learning, opportunities for impact, and collaboration with colleagues.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- VA or Federal experience.
- Experience supporting senior officials in government or industry.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare organization (e.g., hospital, health system, health insurance company, military health etc.).
